1. What Are the Available Shipping Methods?

Please note: Shipping fees charged by sexytoys7 do not include taxes, duties, or import fees. All customs-related charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

💡 If you have your own shipping agent or freight forwarder based in China, please contact us with their details. We can ship your order directly to their warehouse.

DHL / FedEx Express

  • Handling Time: Ships from our warehouse within 3–5 business days

  • Delivery Time: Typically 1–2 weeks to most countries
    (During peak seasons, delays of 3–5 business days may occur)

  • Tracking: Provided within 24 hours of shipment

Important Notes:

  • ❌ Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

  • ❌ Cannot ship liquids or lithium batteries

  • ⚠️ There is a 0.5% chance of inspection by China Customs, which may cause a 4–5 day delay

  • 🧾 All customs duties/taxes at destination are borne by the customer

Ocean or Railway Shipping (For Orders Over 50kg Only)

  • Handling Time: Ships within 5–15 business days

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 35–65 days, door-to-door
    (Additional 10–20 days may occur during peak season)

3. How Are Customs Duties and Import Taxes Handled?

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to understand:

  • Applicable import taxes or VAT

  • Licensing or permit requirements for certain goods

  • Any import restrictions that may apply

❗ SexyToys7 is not liable for any orders that are rejected, delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by local customs.

As all products are shipped from Hong Kong, a free port, there are no sales taxes or duties imposed by Hong Kong authorities. However, any customs fees in the destination country are solely the customer’s responsibility.

4. What Is Declared on the Shipping Label?

By default, we declare the order value truthfully. However, if you require a custom value for declaration, please leave a note at checkout or contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
