Returns
We accept returns only for refunds. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
▸ Change of Mind
If you no longer want the items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after 14 days have passed.
▸ Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please provide visual evidence (photos or videos) and contact our customer service. Kindly email us at liutucker730@outlook.com or visit our Contact Us page.
We will respond within 24 hours after receiving the evidence.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Intimate or sanitary products
Hazardous materials
Flammable liquids or gases
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Personal health and hygiene items
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
Books with clear signs of use
Opened media (CDs, DVDs, cassette tapes, etc.)
Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Items disqualified due to hygiene and sanitary concerns
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You will receive confirmation of:
Approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a certain number of days
Please note: Only the merchandise value is refundable. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider; it may take several business days for the refund to post.
Contact your bank; processing time may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at liutucker730@outlook.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your total refund.
If you are returning items over $45, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
